Annual Prayer Breakfast
The Prayer Breakfast organized by the Cole County Communities Committee, has been in existence since 1979. The event is always held the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Highlights of the breakfast include the recognition of the Cole County Farm Family, an inspirational message by the keynote speaker and musical performances. This event is a tradition that marks the beginning of the holiday season.
The 2025 Prayer Breakfast will be held Wednesday, November 26 at 7 a.m. at the Missouri Farm Bureau, 701 S. Country Club Drive. Additional information will come at a later date.
45th Annual Prayer Breakfast
The Cole County Communities 45th Annual Prayer Breakfast held on November 27, 2024 gathered nearly 300 attendees at the Missouri Farm Bureau. The Chamber was honored to have Governor-Elect Mike Kehoe deliver the keynote speech this year. Many of our members tell us the Prayer Breakfast is one of their favorite Chamber events of the year as it kicks off the holiday season on the day before Thanksgiving.
